I became a member in late June 2010. I attended Karleys Cardio Dance class, and it was absolutely amazing! Not only did I get a great workout, I had fun at the same time. So I began to take Karleys other classes, and they were all awesome.
Since I became a member, I've met a lot of great people, and Karley and I have become very good friends. I've lost about 20 or 30 pounds since starting in June. I feel more motivated, and more positive.
