Childminding Hours: Mon to Fri 8:00am to 12:00pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm

Childminding rates are $5 per child

All Classes Are Co-Ed

 

The following classes are sign up only.
Bosu®, Strength, Spin, On the ball, and Pilates.

Bosu® on Wednesday at 8 am is a limited capacity class and sign up is required.

 

You may sign up 2 days ahead of time. Sign up is for members only.


Drop ins may call 2 hours before the class to see if there is room on the list or after 8pm the evening before a 6am class.

 

We require 2 hours notice to cancel.
